Tennis @ Saratoga and Los Padres

I had a rematch with my oponent Dilip at Saratoga and Los Padres. The final score was 6-4, 3-6, 6-1.

The first set was very similar to how I played when I first posted. We both nearly held serve and I was able to break his service and get myself a point. The second set, I was mentally breaking down, so my serves were lost and I lost 3 serves. Initially it was 1-5, but I was able to win 2 more games before final 2nd set score of 3-6. In the 3rd set I think my oponent was giving up so I had the opportunity to break most of his serves, and holding my serves.

I need to work on overhead returns, giving solid backhand groundstrokes before I can advance to the next level.

For this season I was able to enter into the Union City 3.0 Adult League. I'm looking forward to it.
